Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, handle cashing out guests efficiently.
Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving and prevent over-service.
Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow.




Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and food handling practices.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, with a strong background in food service or bartending roles.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient cashiering and transaction processing.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service.
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
