Junior Business Analyst (Network & Telecommunications)

We're looking for a Junior Business Analyst with 5 years of networking experience to support enterprise network deployment projects.

Must Have:

- Primary role will be to provide operational, administrative, and technical support for a large-scale SD-WAN deployment project, working closely with the Project Manager, telecommunications vendors, and field technicians to ensure successful network implementations across multiple sites.
- 5 years of hands-on network experience
- Solid communication skills working with vendors and technical SMEs
- Experience with project coordination
- Issue tracking
- Change management
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI
- Experience working with Bell, Rogers, and ITFS field technicians
- Support the SD-WAN Project Manager in coordinating project activities, schedules, and deployment milestones.
- Coordinate site surveys, equipment relocations, and installation activities with telecommunications providers (Bell and Rogers) and ITFS field technicians.
