In this role, you will combine satellite system design with leadership of the Satellite Engineering and Analysis (SEA) team. You’ll lead architectural projects and align system budgets, ensuring high-quality integration across disciplines. Your mentorship will play a crucial role in team development, as you establish technical standards and review key deliverables to maintain project rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and manage satellite system architectures and budgets
• Conduct performance analyses and trade studies
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams




• Oversee integration tests and interface with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in spacecraft engineering
• Expertise in technical budget management
• Robust leadership abilities focused on team growth
• Knowledge of AI-driven engineering practices
