Role

The AI Solutions Architect will design, build, and operate production-grade AI and automation systems across internal operations and client engagements. This hands-on role focuses on reliable, secure, and scalable systems engineering, cloud architecture (Azure preferred), integrations, and turning internal solutions into repeatable, productized offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build internal automations for bookkeeping, accounting, and operations.
- Implement AI tools and LLM integrations to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
- Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms; maintain and scale internal applications (e.g., using Lovable).
- Define client requirements and translate business problems into functional and non-functional system designs (scalability, reliability, security).
- Maintain, debug, and improve existing internal and client-facing applications; take prototypes to production-grade systems.
- Design and support cloud-based architecture (particularly Azure), deployments, and environment structure (dev/test/prod).
- Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, and reusable components and patterns.
- Drive data security, privacy, and compliance best practices (SOC-related readiness).
- Lead internal AI training and enablement; help establish standards, guardrails, and processes for an evolving AI & automation function.
- Contribute to productization of internal tools and creation of repeatable client offerings.





Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in automation, systems building, or software development.
- Demonstrated experience building production systems that real users depend on (not prototypes or PoCs).
- Hands-on experience with n8n, ChatGPT / LLM integrations, Notion, APIs, webhooks, and low-code/no-code platforms such as Lovable.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deploying/supporting applications in Azure (including Azure Functions, storage, AI services).
- Familiarity with tools like Supabase and Zapier.
- Strong system design skills covering functional and non-functional requirements (scalability, reliability, security).
- Knowledge of data security and compliance concepts (e.g., SOC 2) and experience with financial or operational workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems and deliver maintainable solutions.
