- Preparation of advance tax and self-assessment tax workings.
- Review and analysis of balance sheets and financial statements from a direct tax perspective.
- Handling tax assessments, appeals, notices, and departmental submissions.
- Assisting in tax planning and advisory assignments.
- Conducting tax research and keeping abreast of changes in direct tax laws.
- Liaising with consultant and internal teams to ensure timely tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax.
- Solid knowledge of the Income-tax Act and direct tax compliances.
- Experience in preparing advance tax workings, reviewing balance sheets, and handling tax assessments.
- Good analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tax compliance software.
