The Community Integration Services Branch is seeking a Community Integration Specialist. In this in office role, you will engage with individuals facing homelessness, mental health challenges, or addiction. You'll coordinate housing inspections, manage cases, and facilitate expedited intakes, working 80-85% of the time in the community to foster independence and connection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate intensive case management for clients
• Conduct expedited intakes and coordinated housing inspections
• Connect individuals to government and community services




• Build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Promote community integration for individuals in need
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation and 3 years of related experience
• Experience providing services in community or customer service settings
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches
• Valid BC driver’s license within 13 months
• Willingness to work in encampments and street settings
