Infosys is hiring for Senior telecom qualified leading solution delivery, business analysis, and business process analysis for telecom delivery and transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills

- Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom BSS, Order Entry, Order Management, Catalog, CPQ, billing, CRM.
- Ability to gather requirements, assess solution impacts, prepare process flows, define functional requirements, and support delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, PMs, technical leads, QA teams, operations, vendors, and third-party providers.
- Support successful product launches, release readiness, testing coordination, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch issue resolution.




- The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
