As a floater, you will take on varying responsibilities across the production sites, including conducting regular safety evaluations and leading necessary training. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead and facilitate Joint Health and Safety committees




• Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards
• Provide training on health and safety topics
• Administer health and safety tasks consistently

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing health and safety
• Education in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Certification as a Health and Safety Qualified a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations
• Demonstrated skills in communication and training
