Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the patient’s functional abilities using various tools

Requirements:
• Must be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Comprehensive understanding of occupational therapy practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
