Cardinal Health Canada has 1,400 employees nationwide and distributes over 70,000 products to health care facilities and professionals across Canada.

We are seeking a Supplier Relations Manager for our Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that improve relationships with suppliers participating in our stockless program (ValueLink®). The role will help retain current suppliers and strategically add new ones, streamlining operational activities for all partners. This hybrid position reports twice a week to our Vaughan office and reports to the Director of Supplier Relations.

Your Contributions To The Organization

Managing all supplier‑related operational activities to ensure timely execution, issue resolution, and operational excellence.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within supplier organizations.

Driving supplier performance management, identifying opportunities to optimize partnerships, improve mutual efficiencies, and align more closely with customer needs.

Leading the onboarding of new suppliers through detailed project plans, execution oversight, and ongoing support.

Supporting the migration of suppliers to a standardized operating agreement model and improving overall engagement processes.

Assessing market dynamics, validating supplier needs, and aligning offerings with the Cardinal Health value proposition.

Partnering with the internal Marketing team to develop marketing and sales collateral that clearly articulates ValueLink® supplier value‑adds.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related fields.

4–8 years of marketing and/or logistical solutions experience, with a focus on business development and negotiations.





Strong marketing, sales, logistics and project management skills.

Business background with ability to influence stakeholders.

Ability to respond quickly in a fast‑paced, change‑oriented workplace.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (data management).

Experience with ERP systems (SAP) as well as Tableau and Salesforce.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Energetic, with a transparent sense of objective.

Proven ability to manage multiple assignments continuously.

Previous experience in the health‑care industry is an asset.

Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.

Anticipated salary range: $80,100 - $106,700.
