As the Environmental Management Leader, you will coordinate Musqueam’s environmental programs—from planning to execution—ensuring they reflect the community's stewardship priorities. This position demands a solid understanding of environmental legislation and best practices while working closely with both governmental and non-governmental partners to promote responsible development. Your leadership will support significant ecological stewardship and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administrative efforts of Environmental Management Plans
• Manage environmental assessments within legislative frameworks




• Support continuous improvement of environmental practices
• Supervise environmental reporting and data management
• Collaborate with internal departments for integrated planning

Requirements:
• Degree in natural resource management or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of environmental management experience
• Familiarity with First Nations values is preferred
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and budgeting
