As part of an exceptional team, you will collaborate closely with Sarine Moumdjian, the Manager of Member Services, to assess client situations and provide essential career planning resources. Your role will directly contribute to improving their overall well-being. Your expertise and empathy will be vital in empowering clients to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive assessments of each client’s career situation
• Provide initial guidance in first and follow-up counseling sessions
• Develop personalized resources based on client needs

Requirements:
• Proficient in French and English
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a career counselor
• Member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec
• Availability for part time work (10 to 21 hours/week)
• Remote work experience preferred
