Job Overview Join Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Digital Technologies team as a SAP Functional Analyst – Production Planning (SAP PP) based in Longueuil, Quebec. In this role you will partner with Operations, Production, Assembly & Test, and Plant Maintenance functions to design, deliver, and support SAP solutions that enhance productivity and quality across the organization.
Responsibilities Participate in the SAP S/4HANA digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to identify process opportunities, propose best‑practice improvements, and drive business benefits.
Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.
Document business requirements and translate them into spec documents that deliver solutions meeting or exceeding defined requirements.
Work within cross‑functional teams to provide smooth integration between Operations and other enterprise applications.
Lead or participate in ERP‑related projects, aligning stakeholders on vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by standard application configurations.
Provide knowledge transfer to post go‑live support teams.
Be available to travel as business or project needs arise.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications: 5+ years of IT experience in customer‑facing roles, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, providing support, and managing & delivering projects in dynamic environments. Graduate degree in IT or related field, or an Advanced Degree with equivalent experience.
SAP experience:



5+ years of SAP Production Planning module configuration; experience with SAP S/4HANA is an asset.
Strong communicator with excellent facilitation and analytical skills.
Project management skillset.
Preferred Qualifications SAP PP certification (ECC or S/4).
Working knowledge of SAP PM or other modules.
Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape.
Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated focus on process development and implementation across organizational boundaries.
Agile mindset with proven history of supporting scaled agile practices.
Experience with program debugging.
BTP/MES experience.
Additional Requirements Operational environment is French‑speaking; English proficiency is required for reading technical documentation and communicating with international stakeholders.
Must work onsite at Longueuil, Quebec.
Undergo criminal background check and obtain required clearances; conditional offer of employment upon successful completion.
