Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic counseling and support to patients
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations




• Lead clinical discussions and coordinate discharge plans
• Maintain detailed and compliant patient records
• Develop and deliver educational content for team members

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work and BC registration
• One year of recent related experience required
• Proven skills in communication and teamwork
• Ability to work autonomously and manage caseloads
• Knowledge of social work best practices and legislation
