Position overview By joining our onsite Digital Technologies team based in Longueuil, you will design and deliver IT solutions for Operations, particularly Production, Assembly & Test, and Plant Maintenance. You will work closely with operations to understand customer requirements, develop solutions, and ensure they exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process opportunities for Operations systems, promoting best practices and driving perks.
Perform technical and functional problem‑solving, ensuring integration with other solutions and applications.
Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that support solution delivery.
Work in cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless integration between Operations and other enterprise applications.
Lead or participate in ERP‑related projects, maintaining stakeholder alignment around vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities using standard application configurations.
Provide knowledge transfer to post‑go‑live support teams.
Be available for travel as required by business or project needs.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field with 5+ years of IT experience, including customer‑facing roles, requirement gathering, solution design, support, and project management.
OR Advanced degree with 5+ years of comparable experience.
5+ years of SAP configuration experience for the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S/4 experience desired).
Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
Project management skillset.
Preferred Qualifications SAP PP certification (ECC/S4).
Working knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or other modules.
Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape.
Leadership of successful process improvement initiatives.
Experience implementing process development across organizational boundaries.
Agile mindset and proven history of implementing scaled agile practices.
Program debugging experience.
BTP/MES experience.
Excellent English proficiency for reading, understanding, writing, and communicating technical documentation.
