MINISO Canada is currently expanding and we are looking for a Retail Area Manager to support stores across Quebec (QC region) . This role will primarily cover locations across Quebec, including Montreal and surrounding areas.

Major Responsibilities:

Ensure all supervised stores operate smoothly and comply with the company’s standards and procedures

Develop budgets and set sales targets for each store within the QC region

Recruit, interview, train, and develop store management and associates

Manage day-to-day store operations according to company guidelines and conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution

Oversee inventory management, distribution of goods, and store layout optimization

Strategically analyze and improve overall store performance and operational effectiveness

Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics and business statistics





Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and productive operational flow

Set, review, and control budgets, including labour costs and operating expenses

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of retail management experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Eligible to work in Canada

Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently

Strong merchandising and visual display skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual (English & French) is required for the QC region

A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required, as travel between store locations within Quebec is expected
