Become a Casual MHSU Clinician with Fraser Health in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows, B.C. This role is about advocating for clients dealing with mental health and substance use challenges through effective community support.

Your work will involve providing comprehensive mental health services and coordination within a dedicated team. Focused on recovery and rehabilitation, you will ensure consistent and timely access to care and resources for clients. As you deliver psycho-education and outreach, you'll be empowered to help clients navigate the complexities of the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs
• Deliver individual, group, and family support




• Coordinate with community services and resources
• Advocate for clients and guide them through processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant health-related field
• Two years of experience in mental health support
• Credentials with a qualified association required
• Possession of a valid BC Driver's License
• Proficiency in client assessment and case management
