Position Overview As a system analyst, you will be part of the Digital Technologies team based in Longueuil, focused on delivering IT solutions for our Logistics team, particularly the Warehousing and Sales & Distribution organizations.

Day to Day Responsibilities (English) Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.
Work with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Logistics systems that streamline business processes, promote best practices and drive business benefits.
Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications.
Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements.
Work in cross‑functional teams to provide seamless integration between Logistics and other enterprise applications.
Lead/participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment around the vision, scope, schedule and budget for the digital solution.
Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by standard application configurations to promote best practices and drive business benefits.
Provide knowledge transfer to post go‑live support teams.
Be available and able to travel based on business/project needs.
Day to Day Responsibilities (French)



Participer à la transformation numérique SAP S/4HANA dans le cadre du volet Plan to Sustain.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes et les autres fonctions d’affaires afin d’identifier les opportunités d’optimisation des processus logistiques.
Assurer la résolution de problèmes fonctionnels et techniques, tout en garantissant une intégration optimale avec les autres applications et solutions.
Documenter les besoins d’affaires et les traduire en spécifications détaillées.
Travailler au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires pour assurer une intégration harmonieuse entre les systèmes logistiques et les autres applications d’entreprise.
Diriger ou contribuer aux projets ERP et assurer l’alignement des parties prenantes sur la vision, la portée, l’échéancier et le budget.
Identifier, évaluer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’amélioration continue rendues possibles par les configurations applicatives standard afin de renforcer les meilleures pratiques et la performance opérationnelle.
Assurer le transfert de connaissances aux équipes de soutien après la mise en production.
Être disponible pour voyager selon les besoins des projets.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:




A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and 7+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes customer‑facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, providing support, and managing projects in dynamic organizations.
OR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field with similar responsibilities.
5+ years of SAP configuration experience of the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S4 desired).
Strong communication, facilitation, analytical and project management skills.
Preferred qualifications:
SAP PP certification (ECC/S4).
Working knowledge of SAP WM, EWM, transportation and other modules.
Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape.
Demonstrated leadership of successful process‑improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated agile mindset and history of implementing scaled agile practices.
Program debugging experience.
BTP/MES experience is a plus.
