Job Title: Account Executive (Sales) - Transportation Industry
Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in target industries such as e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
Conduct prospecting calls, personalized outreach, and in-person client meetings.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop tailored logistics solutions that address customer pain points and operational challenges.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Who You Are: Sales Professional: Proven experience in B2B freight transportation sales.

Organized: Ability to manage multiple accounts, track sales activities, and maintain detailed records.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
Knowledgeable: Familiarity with logistics services, including LTL freight, Last Mile delivery, and cross-docking, is a strong asset.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.
