Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision
Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize duties effectively
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, skilled phone etiquette and interpersonal approach
