Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to customers, managing transactions efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Provide product information and demonstrations when needed
Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked




Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required
Uphold company policies on cash handling and security

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills in English
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling
Experience with merchandising is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting
Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service to foster repeat business

Pay: $16.75 per hour
