Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, handle transactions accurately, and promote a positive shopping experience. Bilingual skills and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued. This role involves engaging with diverse customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring smooth checkout processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries
Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling and transactions
Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using cash, credit, or digital payments
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Maintain merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during busy periods




Maintain qualified phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
Support team members with organizational tasks to ensure store efficiency

Requirements
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers
Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
Ability to perform product demos and technical sales when needed
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; weekend availability is a plus

Pay: $17.60-$17.90 per hour
