Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will craft delicious cocktails, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming setting for all guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences that keep our patrons coming back.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature rum cocktails
Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude and take drink orders accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions efficiently using Micros POS systems




Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to alcohol service laws
Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service when necessary

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Familiarity with POS systems preferred
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively atmosphere
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
Experience in hospitality or food service environments that require teamwork and adaptability
