Key Responsibilities:



• Lead project management for subdivision and ICI site plan projects • Coordinate activities and assure quality with supporting staff • Manage budgets and invoicing while communicating with clients • Supervise post-construction activities and related tasks • Prepare detailed designs including earthworks, grading, and utility coordination
