With responsibilities extending to groundside and airside metrics, you will compile data to inform stakeholders about efficiencies and operations over time. Your expertise will be essential in uncovering obstacles through data analysis and leading improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Report on operational metrics for all flow areas
Establish tracking methods for performance insights




Analyze data to detect anomalies and propose solutions
Oversee project management documentation and stakeholder engagement Requirements:
At least two years in an operational role, ideally at an airport
Advanced skills in MS Office and major BI tools
Proven ability to present data to wide-ranging audiences
Strong technical writing and communication expertise
