Lead underground utility projects as a Civil Foreman in the Lower Mainland. This permanent role requires hands-on leadership and expertise in civil construction practices. Our client seeks an experienced Civil Foreman to manage a dedicated crew on various underground utility projects.

You will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective project execution. Solid skills in reading civil drawings and coordinating with site personnel are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee civil construction crews on site servicing projects
Interpret civil drawings, grade sheets, and specifications
Develop daily work plans in coordination with the Superintendent




Enforce safety regulations according to WorkSafeBC policies
Ensure timely completion of work aligned with specifications Requirements:
5+ years of experience in civil construction, focusing on utilities
Proven ability as a foreman or lead hand
Solid competency in reading and interpreting civil drawings
Dedicated safety mindset with WorkSafeBC compliance
