We are seeking a capable individual or couple to take on the duties of superintendent!. You will help orchestrate, facilitate and complete work in the apartment building.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and upkeep the interior and exterior of the 64 unit apartment building and report to a property manager
Perform small repairs (electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.), and refurbish apartments for rent
Act as a first point of contact for resident service requests
Attract current tenants
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Communicate with property management.
Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:
Prior experience as superintendent or other related fields
Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, heating systems
Ability to complete small repairs
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full time Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
