Duties
Manage building operations, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and safety protocols to ensure optimal functionality.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to facilitate timely repairs and upgrades.
Hands on cleaning, general maintenance and repair
Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues early and ensure compliance with safety standards.




Support sales efforts by assisting with leasing processes, property tours, and tenant relationship management.

Skills
Proficiency with property management systems like Yardi
Experience in property management or facilities management roles, demonstrating knowledge of building operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer relationship management and team collaboration.
