Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties responsibly
Conduct product demos when applicable to enhance customer understanding and drive sales
Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure products are well-presented and organized
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area, ensuring efficient workflow

Requirements




Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles with solid cash handling skills
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and balancing cash drawers
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and basic technology sales techniques
Ability to perform product demos and explain features clearly to customers
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
Customer service-oriented mindset with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Previous experience in technical or retail sales involving product demonstrations is advantageous
