Your Impact Starts Here - From Office to Site
Support contract and commercial management across assigned projects, including prime contracts reviews, subcontract preparation and effective change management to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and effective risk management and mitigation, while ensuring adherence to Graham's standards, processes, and commercial best practices
Subtrade buyout support to include coordination of the RFP process and evaluation and review of subtrade bids,



coordination of the prequalification of trades, supporting the development and management of the subtrade buyout plan including subtrade award recommendations and the drafting of subcontract documentation, ensuring alignment with budget and forecasts
GMP's, assist with the preparation and presentation of GMP packages to the Stakeholders
Contribute to financial oversight by supporting project leadership team with cash flow reviews, revenue projections, cost control, forecasting, profit and loss tracking and risk management to maintain solid commercial performance
Assist with change management and contractual claims, including supporting claims development, preparing and tracking change orders, and ensuring contractual entitlements are maintained through proactive documentation and adherence to prescribed notice periods
