Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced workplace. This job includes working in the front and back and being a barista as well as grilling / making to go items and an assortment of other things

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous




Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations
Experience in the food industry or customer service is beneficial
