Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitization.
Utilize all provided cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, fixtures, and furniture to uphold a skilled environment.




Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage, particularly during late evening hours up to 11:00 PM.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily operations.

Qualifications
Ability to work 30 hours per week with an immediate start date as soon as next week.
Friendly demeanor with a strong service-oriented attitude, paired with a eager can-do and want-to-learn mindset.
Reliable vehicle preferred due to some shifts ending as late as 11:00 PM.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting.
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
