Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service.

Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

Assist customers with shipping, printing, mailbox, and other store services.

Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.

Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled work environment.

Support daily store operations as needed.

Qualifications

Previous cashier or retail customer service experience is an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

Basic computer skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.
