Duties
Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health and safety standards
Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering style recommendations
Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing




Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and attentive care
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques

Qualifications
Proven experience as a barber or in a similar grooming role with a robust portfolio of styles
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and retail sales at the front desk
Passion for hair styling, grooming trends, and continuous learning in the industry
Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
