Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer skilled advice on styles and products.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Promote retail products and services through effective upselling techniques to enhance the overall client experience.
Foster a friendly atmosphere by providing excellent customer service,



ensuring clients feel valued and appreciated.

Experience
Proven experience in hair styling or barbering is preferred, showcasing your skills in various techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in promoting beauty or grooming products.
Familiarity with sanitation practices to ensure a protected setting for both clients and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve personal goals.
