Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Screen Printing Machine Operator to join our client's production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of graphic design principles and technical skills related to printing processes, ensuring effective production while maintaining excellent visual standards.

Shift: Monday to Friday from 3:00PM to 11:30PM

Duties
Set up and operate screen printing machines according to job specifications and quality standards
Load and unload garments and materials as required
Select the proper thread, fabric, hoops, designs, colours and placement based on order
Operate and monitor multiple machines at the same time
Cut backing, trim threads, and complete finishing work on products
Inspect printed products for quality, color accuracy, and consistency, making adjustments as needed
Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace,



adhering to safety protocols
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills
Previous embroidery, screen printing or machine operation experience
Ability to read and understand work orders, production specs, colours and placement details
Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete quality checks accurately
Good hand-eye coordination and comfortable working with garments, materials and machines
Operate multiple machines, manage priorities and troubleshoot issues
Ability to operate screen printing machinery efficiently and troubleshoot technical issues quickly
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production process
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
