Provide friendly, explicit, and helpful assistance to customers via phone or chat, addressing inquiries about products, services, or account issues
Handle cash or digital payments securely, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift
Assist customers with questions related to food service or hospitality offerings, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions for accountability and quality assurance




Promote a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent public speaking skills during virtual interactions
Support team efforts by sharing feedback on customer needs and suggesting improvements to service processes

Requirements
Proven experience working with children or in guest services is a plus, demonstrating patience and adaptability
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a virtual setting
Experience with cash handling or food service operations enhances your suitability for this role
Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively engage with customers during live chats or calls
Previous hospitality or guest services experience is highly desirable
Ability to work independently in a home workplace while maintaining focus and productivity
