Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, including tea blends, milk teas, fruit smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently while ensuring their experience is lively and memorable
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Manage food preparation tasks like ingredient measurement, topping placement, and beverage assembly with efficiency
Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness to ensure quality standards are met
Skills
Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with strong serving skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for seamless cashiering and transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes the team and delights customers
Solid time management abilities to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining high-quality service
Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions efficiently
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in beverage preparation and customer interactions
