Duties
Manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently using digital cash handling systems
Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers via phone or online chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management to enhance their experience
Maintain a high level of guest service by ensuring each customer feels heard, appreciated, and satisfied with their interaction
Handle returns, refunds,



and exchanges in accordance with company policies while maintaining a positive attitude
Support team members by sharing best practices for customer engagement and problem-solving techniques
Document all customer interactions thoroughly to ensure accurate records and follow-up actions

Experience
Prior experience working with children is a plus, demonstrating patience and understanding in diverse interactions
Strong public speaking skills that enable explicit communication in virtual settings
Proven background in customer service or guest services roles, ideally within food service or hospitality industries
Experience with cash handling systems or point-of-sale (POS) technology is highly desirable
Familiarity with food service operations or hospitality environments enhances your ability to connect with customers effectively
Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
