Banquet Server – High Volume Events (800 Capacity, 4 Rooms)

Location: Banquet Hall

Position Type: Part-Time / Event-Based (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Reports To: Banquet Captain / Event Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced, hardworking, and friendly Banquet Servers to join our team for high-volume events. With a capacity of up to 800 guests across four rooms, this role requires energy, speed, and professionalism to deliver exceptional service during plated and buffet-style events.

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous service to guests during events
Serve plated meals efficiently, carrying large trays with up to 5 plates
Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and guest service
Set up and reset tables (linens, cutlery, glassware, napkins)
Explicit plates and maintain cleanliness throughout the event
Follow event timelines and instructions as per BEO (Banquet Event Order)
Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members
Assist with event setup and post-event cleanup
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests

Requirements




Previous banquet or high-volume serving experience is required
Ability to carry large trays with 5 plated meals safely and efficiently
Must be fast, active, and able to work in a busy setting
Robust team player with a positive and professional attitude
Friendly and customer-focused personality
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday events
