Millworks Finish Carpentry is looking for a reliable, motivated carpenter to join our growing team.

We specialize in high-end finish carpentry;

Custom interior carpentry, exterior trim, and renovation construction throughout Muskoka.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has a robust work ethic, and enjoys working with a laid-back crew that gets along and takes pride in what we build.

Responsibilities
Install interior trim, doors, mouldings, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry.
Build decks, stairs, landings, and other exterior wood structures.
Install siding, soffit, fascia, exterior trim, and other finishing details.
Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized job site.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications
Experience in carpentry or finish carpentry.
Ability to read blueprints and plans.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.




Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
Own basic hand tools.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
