Join our dynamic construction team as a Civil Labourer and be a vital part of building infrastructure that shapes communities. This energetic role offers the chance to work on diverse projects, utilizing your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge to support heavy civil works. As a Civil Labourer, you will be instrumental in assisting with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation, ensuring safety and efficiency at every step.

Responsibilities
Assist with site setup, including the installation of temporary structures and safety barriers
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery to support construction activities
Operate skid steer and other heavy equipment safely to move materials around the site
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and adhering to site regulations
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a protected work environment

Experience




Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, or heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Mechanical knowledge or background in oil & gas industries is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery safely (certification preferred)
Familiarity with rigging techniques and basic welding skills is a plus
Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team workplace
