Duties
Deliver interactive coding lessons tailored to diverse student age groups and skill levels
Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and active participation
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support growth
Develop engaging projects and activities that reinforce coding principles and real-world applications
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety during all activities
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum content and share best teaching practices
Stay updated on emerging coding languages, tools, and educational techniques to continuously improve instruction
Requirements
Proven classroom experience with a focus on teaching coding or related technology subjects
Robust knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Web Developement and Scratch.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex concepts in an accessible manner
Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for technology and problem-solving
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs
Organized with the ability to plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and track student progress effectively
Nice-to-have: Additional certifications in education or coding-related fields, experience working with diverse age groups, or familiarity with educational software tools
