Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns and chiropractic needs
Develop and implement customized treatment plans focused on pain management, spinal adjustments, and rehabilitation
Perform chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies safely and effectively
Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise routines, and lifestyle modifications for long-term health benefits
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Stay current with the latest chiropractic techniques, medical terminology, and industry best practices
Requirements
Valid chiropractic license or certification in Ontario
Proven experience in pain management and patient care within a clinical setting
Robust knowledge of medical terminology relevant to chiropractic practice
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and health advice
Ability to build rapport with patients and foster a trusting workplace
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in chiropractic care
Prior experience with manual therapies, spinal adjustments, or rehabilitation techniques is preferred
