What You'll Do:

Working under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager, you’ll take on a variety of hands-on tasks across residential and commercial builds. Some of the work includes:

Framing and erecting walls
Installing windows, doors, and interior finishes
Setting floor trusses, subfloors, and roof trusses
Constructing decks and performing rough carpentry
Working with wood, ICF foundations, and other materials
Measuring, cutting, and assembling with precision

We're Looking for Someone Who:
Is self-motivated, focused,



and detail-oriented
Has solid communication skills and works well with others
Can work independently or as part of a team
Brings professionalism, safety, and efficiency to the job site
Has their own hand tools, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle

Qualifications:
Grade 12 or GED equivalent
Previous construction experience is a definite asset
