Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Follow recipes and food presentation standards to deliver visually appealing meals
Handle food safely by maintaining proper hygiene, storage, and handling procedures
Assist with meal assembly and plating to meet timely service demands
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Support food service operations by efficiently managing multiple orders during busy mornings
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow and excellent guest experience
Experience
Prior food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards required
Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and meal preparation techniques beneficial
Robust understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
Previous restaurant experience involving breakfast or morning service highly desirable
