Responsibilities
Prepare and serve breakfast items with enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Set up breakfast stations, ensuring all supplies are stocked, organized, and ready for service
Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with special dietary requests when needed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness




Restock buffet or serving stations throughout the shift to ensure a smooth dining experience
Collaborate with team members to deliver productive service during busy morning hours

Skills
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in breakfast or buffet settings
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that require attentiveness and professionalism
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling practices
Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with coffee and beverage service
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
