Job Overview

As a Cook/Kitchen Hand, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and that our guests enjoy delicious, quality meals. This position requires attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with other members of the team

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during meal preparation.
Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred not required.
Robust knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Familiarity with food handling regulations and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced workplace.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
