We are currently seeking a 2-person Assistant Resident Manager Team to live and work at one of our properties located in Collingwood or Owen Sound. This position would require you to live on-site and work 4 weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call evenings.

Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
Minor maintenance repairs
Preparing apartments for recent residents
Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
Assisting with leasing suites
Responding to on-call requests

Requirements
Cleaning experience
Minor maintenance skills
Customer service skills
Ability to perform in a team environment
Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts
