Design and implement meaningful engagement activities
Keep comprehensive records of participation and assessments
Ensure effective communication among all involved parties
Lead meetings focusing on residents' preferences
Facilitate and supervise outings and activities Requirements:
College diploma in Recreation or related field
Experience working with seniors is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Solid communication abilities, both oral and written
